The guest authorises the hotel to deduct as a deposit an amount equal to 30% of the total amount of the stay, with a minimum deposit not less than the first night’s rate. The hotel is entitled to retain the deposit in the event of cancellation less than 72 hours before the arrival date, any stay started is due.
